AUTHORISATION INSTRUCTIONS
I authorise you, until further notice in writing, to debit my account with all amounts which Karma Drinks (hereinafter referred to as the "initiator"), the registered initiator of Authorisation Code 1221977, may initiate by Direct Debit.
I acknowledge and accept that the Bank accepts this Instruction only upon the conditions found in the Terms and Conditions page.
CONDITIONS OF AUTHORITY
CONDITIONS OF THE AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT DIRECT DEBITS
I may ask my bank to reverse a direct debit up to 120 calendar days after the debit if:
I don’t receive a written notice of the amount and date of each direct debit from the initiator, or I receive a written notice but the amount or the date of debiting is different from the amount or the date specified on the notice.
The initiator is required to give you a written notice of the amount and date of each direct debit no less than 10 calendar days before the date of the debit.
If the bank dishonours a direct debit but the initiator sends the direct debit again within 5 business days of the dishonour, the initiator is not required to give you a second notice of the amount and date of the direct debit.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Trade Payment
Payment in full within 7 days following date of purchase.

Non-Payment
Nonpayment of an account will incur interest at the rate of 2% per month, and you agree to pay all collection costs and expenses which may be incurred recovering any overdue account.
Withdrawal of Supply
Karma Drinks Ltd reserves the right to withdraw credit and stop supplies without notice if any term of trade is not adhered to.
Credit Reporting
Under the terms of the Credit Reporting Privacy Code 2004 and Privacy Act 1993 you authorise any person or company to provide us with such information as we may require in response to our credit enquiries. That you authorise us to furnish to any third party details of the application and any subsequent dealing that you may have with us.
Ownership of Goods
The ownership and property of goods will only be transferred to the buyer when the buyer has settled their account in full.
Limitation of Liability
Goods are supplied subject to all conditions, warranties and limitations implied by law provided, however, that the extent of Karma Drinks Ltd's liability thereunder shall be limited to replacement of faulty material only.
Security
As security for payment of the purchase price due by the customer to Karma Drinks Ltd, the customer grants Karma Drinks Ltd security interest in those goods (as per Personal Property Securities Act – 1 May 2002).
